What is the difference between Michael Corleone’s marriage to Apollonia Vitelli and Kay Adams?

That relationship became more distant until it came apart in Godfather II,

The marriage to Kay seemed more business as,

Michael showed true emotion and lust for Apollonia.

Why do I randomly start sweating a lot in public (while waiting in line, in a new class, etc.) then start sweating more because I’m embarrassed that I’m sweating so much? Is this social anxiety?
